Job Responsibilities
Manage the Dallas warehouse operations, including daily communication, issuing inbound and outbound instructions, and partner management.
Oversee global shipment management for the overseas e-commerce official website, including issuing shipping instructions, system operations, and inventory counting.
Handle rental order fulfillment and returns management for the overseas e-commerce platform, as well as receiving and inspecting returned packages in the US region.
Provide sales support and data collection/statistics for the US business region.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks required locally in the US.
Job Requirements
Associate degree or above; logistics management, supply chain, or related majors preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or warehouse management; ERP system experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Cost Accountant to join our battery storage systems division. The primary focus of this role is to manage and optimize cost accounting processes, analyze production costs, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Accounting and Analysis:
Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costing models for battery storage manufacturing.
Monitor and report on production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Identify cost variances and investigate discrepancies to recommend corrective actions.
Prepare cost projections and scenario analyses to support pricing and budgeting decisions.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory accounting, including the valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and support physical inventory audits.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
Financial Reporting and Budgeting:
Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing performance, cost trends, and variance analyses.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the manufacturing division.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring cost data accuracy.
Process Improvement and Collaboration:
Partner with production and engineering teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance cost tracking and reporting.
Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on cost accounting principles.
Audit and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
3–5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in battery storage or renewable energy manufacturing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
