Job Description:
Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based R&D (engineers, products) and Sales roles.
HR Operations: Handle onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and day-to-day employee inquiries.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices follow US federal and state employment laws.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, performance guidance, and policy interpretation.
Culture Bridge: Communicate effectively between China HQ and US staff, supporting cross-cultural teamwork.
Office Operations & Facility Management and other Admin stuff.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of hands-on HR experience in the US, preferably in automotive, tech, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of US employment laws.
Mandarin Preferred (spoken and written).
Able to work independently with remote supervision.
Have a U.S. Green Card or other valid work authorization in the United States.
